Paul received
his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and the University
of Fribourg, Switzerland (B.A.). He earned his law degree from Boston
College School of Law in 1978 (J.D.). Paul extends Morrissey Brothers'
practice to the District of Columbia where he has extensive professional
and personal experience in business startups, development, acquisitions
and financing.
James
Morrissey
Jim is
a graduate of the University of San Diego in California (JD 1977).
A former marine, Jim founded the firm in 1978 and has been a practicing
trial attorney in the Prince George's, Montgomery and Anne Arundel
county area for the past twenty-two years. Jim's principal areas of
practice include domestic law, personal injury, probate, criminal
representation and juvenile delinquency cases.

Robert
Morrissey
Robert
was educated at the University of Baltimore School of Law (JD 1987).
Upon graduation, 'Bobby' clerked for the standing Chapter 13 Trustee
and has since concentrated his practice in bankruptcy and creditor-debtor
relations. Bobby provides counseling in all areas of bankruptcy and
pre-bankruptcy planning and has recently served as president of the
bankruptcy section of the Prince George's County Bar Association.

Morrissey
John is
also a graduate of The University of Baltimore School of Law (JD 1989),
where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the University's Law Review.
After working with the law firm of Venable, Baejer, Howard and Civiletti,
John joined Morrissey Brothers in 1992. His principal areas of practice
include business and corporate law, automobile accidents, personal
injury actions and product liability litigation. John is a member
of the bars of the District of Columbia and Maryland. |
